Securities Associate – Minneapolis
Minneapolis, NC

Our Minneapolis office seeks a securities and capital markets attorney with three to five years of substantive experience practicing in 1934 Act reporting and securities transactions to join our Business and Transactions Department. Qualified candidates will have substantive experience in advising clients with respect to 1934 Act reporting, proxy statements, private securities offerings, public securities transactions (registered offerings, M&A and tender offers) and corporate governance matters, including compliance with NYSE and Nasdaq rules as well as general corporate and commercial matters. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials and superior writing and communication skills. Active license in MN preferred.
