Litigation Associate –

We have an exceptional opportunity to work on complex financial cases, premarital agreements and custody issues. Prior experience in family law is preferred but not required. This role is for a mid to senior-level associate with at least 3 years of substantive civil litigation experience. Read More The successful candidate will have a distinguished academic record and exceptional research and writing skills. Because family law associates have substantial client contact and make regular court appearances, strong verbal communication skills are required. Applicants also must have significant experience with all aspects of discovery and law and motion practice. Familiarity with basic business valuation principles, financial statements and tax concepts is a plus. Must be a current, active member of the California Bar Association.
