Law Firm Seeking Experienced Attorney for Default Servicing Portfolio

- Seeking an experienced attorney to represent secured creditors, banks, and mortgage servicers in all stages of the default process.
- Responsibilities include managing and maintaining default files, reviewing and signing documents, researching and analyzing legal materials, and attending hearings and other appearances.
- Must have 8-10 years of experience in the default servicing industry and a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of New Mexico and other federal districts is preferred.
- Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac approval is a plus.

H2: Job Responsibilities as an Attorney at Marinosci Law Group, P.C.

- Represent secured creditors, banks, and mortgage servicers in all stages of the default process.
- Manage and maintain default files in compliance with firm requirements.
- Review and sign documents, including motions, notices, affidavits, and other pleadings.
- Compile necessary documents for the default process.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Handle a national portfolio of loans for banks and mortgage servicers.
- Attend hearings, mediations, trials, settlement conferences, and other appearances.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency in case management systems.
- Respond to client inquiries via systems, phone, and email.
- Utilize firm's case management system and meet deadlines for pleadings.
- Prioritize and work at a fast pace on a high volume of files.
- Possess exceptional organizational and managerial skills.
- Attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills required.

H2: Experience and Education Requirements

- 8-10 years of experience in the default servicing industry.
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school.

- Licenses to practice law in other states is a plus.
