Systems Engineer - Level 1 - Server Storage
Mason, OH Requisition Number: 97066 JOB DESCRIPTION Cintas is currently looking for a Systems Engineer Level 1 for the Server Storage team within IT. The Systems Engineer is responsible for: troubleshooting complex issues/problems requiring broad product/infrastructure knowledge and significant technical abilities; escalating problems appropriately; monitoring SLAs to ensure requirements are met or exceeded; monitoring production, outputs and services to ensure SLAs, as well as other quality and capacity metrics, are being met; ensuring production readiness and transition acceptance criteria are completed before new system implementation; and planning and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines, while planning and tracking status on several projects at once and adjusting to constant business change.
