Tueller & Gibbs, LLP is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Telluride office.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of law firm experience, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Office management
• Answering phones
• Retrieving and sending mail and packages
• Setting up boardroom for meetings and Zoom calls
• Overseeing office maintenance, office equipment, and software
• Coordinating with repair/vendors/IT to solve issues
• Connecting with building management
• Connecting/assisting office subtenants
• Monitoring office emails
• Maintaining and sharing digital informational spreadsheets and lists
• Scanning, maintaining physical and virtual files
• Ordering office supplies
• Managing Client Management System (Clio) software tech calls and research
• Producing Clio reports, using Excel systems
• Calendar calls, meetings, and zoom meetings
• Sending office email reminders and updates
• Answering technical questions
• Submitting reimbursement requests to Financial Director
• Backing up paralegals as needed
• Drafting Letters (EL, Settlement, etc.)
• Attorney CLE registration assistance
• Bookings/logistics for firm events
• Collecting photos for marketing
• Attending meetings
• Facilitating Staff/Attorney collaboration
• Following up with and tracking of potential clients, maintaining records of referrals
• New client intake, assisting clients with Clio Client Portal
• Receiving payments in Clio, assisting clients as needed
• Answering client questions
• Applying credit memos as directed by attorneys
• A/R calls as directed by Financial Director
• Entering expenses from statements
• Saving/uploading/emailing documents
• Creating and running draft bills
• HOA deposits and disbursements

The position offers a salary of $50,000 – 60,000, commensurate with experience, as well as a parking stipend, 401K with employer match, and health insurance with HSA contribution.
