## Solicitor

Tees Law is a Top 200 UK law firm providing expert legal services and independent financial advice. We are looking for a Solicitor to join our Commercial Property team on a permanent full-time basis (37.5 hours). This role is based in our Chelmsford office.

**The Role**

As a Solicitor, your primary responsibility will be to provide a quality, tailored and supportive legal service to a range of clients. You will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of client matters and providing clients with high quality, proactive legal advice. You will be expected to achieve the firm’s fee targets and assist and enable others in the team to do so. You will also be required to deliver legal services in a manner which is cost-efficient for both the client and the firm.

The successful candidate will have a PQE of NQ - 2 and will have the opportunity to develop their own portfolio of clients. You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the ability to grasp complex problems quickly and suggest commercially viable solutions for our clients.
