Chelmsford, Essex, United Kingdom ## Probate Solicitor – Litigation and Dispute Resolution at Law Firm Law Firm is looking to recruit a highly motivated candidate to join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department as a Probate Solicitor. Law Firm is a highly regarded practice, with over 120 members of staff across six office locations and with clear plans for growth and expansion over the next five years. With two Senior Directors and a department consisting of 9 team members across two offices, this presents a hugely exciting opportunity for the right candidate who is looking to progress their career in a supportive environment. **Key Requirements:** - Permanent role - Solicitor – Probate Litigation – NQ – 10 PQE plus - Experience in general civil and commercial litigation - Knowledge and experience of contentious probate desirable but not essential - Ability to manage own caseload **Salary and Benefits:** - Salary and remuneration commensurate with experience and responsibility - Requests for flexible and agile working can be considered Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated candidate to join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department as a Probate Solicitor. The successful candidate for this position will be expected to meet with the current Heads of Department on a regular basis, and to help to shape the litigation and dispute resolution team with other non-director members of the team for the future.
