Paralegal Position Available at Law Firm for Agriculture & Rural Affairs Division

Exciting Opportunity for Paralegal in Agriculture & Rural Affairs Division
Due to an internal move, Law Firm has an exciting new opportunity for a Paralegal to join their Agriculture & Rural Affairs (ARA) division in Worcester from the end of August. The ARA team is the firm’s ‘jewel in the crown’ division, currently comprising 14 fee earners and support staff including three partners. As part of the team, the Paralegal will provide transactional legal support to farmers and rural landholders.

Job Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of clients and assist with suitable fee earning work
Interact with and build relations with various clients to help progress their matters
Handle new enquiries, provide initial information, and deliver high quality client service
Organize multiple deadline-driven tasks
Solve problems and achieve goals by using own initiative and a proactive ‘can do’ attitude
Continuously build upon legal skills and knowledge within a niche and dynamic sector

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
An eye for detail
Competent IT skills
Ability to quickly learn in all aspects of the role, including the use of legal software and precedent packages

Desirable

Previous experience of working in a legal or professional services environment
Having undertaken fee earning work
