# Senior Associate (6 PQE), Private Client
Law Firm is currently looking for a Senior Associate with 6 years of post-qualified experience (PQE) to join their Private Client division in the Worcester office. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level fee earner to join a successful and award-winning law firm with over 200 partners and staff.

Law Firm is a leading regional law firm with offices across Worcestershire, Shropshire and Birmingham. They are a dynamic and forward-thinking firm with a modern outlook yet traditional backbone, tracing their roots back to 1556. Their well-established and secure client-base rely on them for a range of ‘full service’ disciplines spanning from private client to corporate/commercial.

## The Team
The Private Client division is made up of nearly 40 fee earners and support staff. The successful candidate will head a team of three in the Birmingham office, providing a range of services. The team is well recognised in the Legal 500 and has recorded a record financial year in the past. They are looking for someone with a like-minded attitude to grow the business and take the division forward.

## The Role and Opportunity
In this busy yet rewarding role, the Senior Associate will be responsible for a varied and complex portfolio of private client work. This will include LPA’s, wills, estate administration, creation of trusts and tax planning matters. The Senior Associate will be a ‘go to’ person and role model in leading the team, sharing best practice and supporting the professional development of others (alongside their own CPD). They will also be expected to get involved in various business development and marketing activities.

## About the Candidate
The successful candidate must be technically proficient, with a good sense of judgement resulting from several years of post-qualified experience in handling complex private client matters. They must also be a team player with the ability to inspire and build effective relations with others. Excellent communication skills and a focus on delivering client service excellence is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks. The candidate must also be commercially aware and confident engaging with others, as well as promoting the Law Firm brand. STEP qualification would be desirable but not essential.
