Associate Attorney

The successful candidate will be representing individuals and/or businesses in matters that include general business, real estate, and/or general transactions. **Responsibilities of the Associate Attorney Position** - Represent clients in matters that include general business, real estate, and/or general transactions - Review and draft contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal documents - Negotiate and resolve disputes - Advise clients on legal matters - Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients - Conduct legal research and analysis - Prepare legal opinions - Attend court proceedings - Represent clients in administrative hearings - Prepare and respond to discovery requests - Prepare and present oral arguments **Qualifications of the Associate Attorney Position** - Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school - Admission to the Wisconsin Bar or willingness to become admitted - Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Strong research and analytical skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to meet deadlines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment **Compensation and Benefits** The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** offers a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.
