Paralegal
Nottingham, PA ## Paralegal (Nottingham, PA) Company is looking for a qualified individual to join their Nottingham, PA team as a Paralegal. This position is full-time and benefit eligible, with elective benefits including medical, dental, hearing, vision insurance, 401k, company profit sharing, paid vacation, holiday and sick time, and an employee referral program. ### Job Description The Paralegal will be responsible for various ad-hoc projects and collaborate with the legal team and other teams across the firm. Essential duties and responsibilities include: - Maintaining contract database, managing renewal notifications to the responsible executive, and coordinating the time renewal negotiations and contract updates - Performing legal and other research in collaboration with senior executives and external attorneys - Coordinating contract review across multiple teams/leaders and our outside legal counsel, including managing changes/follow-ups - Drafting or updating contracts or amendments using pre-approved templates - Preparing corporate governance documents and coordinating signatures - Managing the periodic review of all existing contracts to review consistency of provisions, compliance with evolving laws or business practices, etc. - Ordering good standing certificates, certified charters, apostilles, etc., as necessary - Drafting minutes and other routine corporate secretary documents for entities including annual reports and other filings - Notarizing signatures on business documents - Partnering with outside legal counsel to deploy training for our managers on contract best practices, “smart documents” and “smart emails” - Performing other duties as assigned ### Education/Experience - Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certification preferred - Minimum of three years of paralegal experience - Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Advanced Microsoft Word and Outlook skills required; intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and Power Point also desired ### Work Environment This position is an on-site (in the office) position to allow for regular engagement with the team to foster cross-functional collaboration and communication as well as stakeholder education and training.
