The successful candidate will have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in Montana. **Requirements** - J.D. from accredited law school - Licensed to practice law in Montana - Familiarity with Federal/State/Local Court rules - At least 2 years of experience practicing law - Litigation experience preferred The ideal candidate will be an energetic, hard-working self-starter with strong research and writing skills.
