Your job responsibilities will include: * Communicating with clients * Developing strategies leading to efficient resolution of cases * Negotiating and settling cases-in-chief as well as liens * Drafting pleadings and reports * Handling all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation * Taking depositions and making appearances at the WCAB ## Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a valid CA Bar License. ## Salary Range The salary range for this position is $95,000.00 To 175,000.00 Annually. |
