Law Firm is looking for an Associate Attorney Law Firm, a nationally recognized firm, is looking for a dynamic candidate to join their Peru, IL office as an Associate Attorney. The successful candidate will have 3 years of civil litigation experience and the ability to handle a wide range of cases. This is a great opportunity for an attorney looking for a high level of responsibility in a fast-paced personal injury law firm. Job Description: -H1: Associate Attorney -H2: Responsibilities • Manage a diverse portfolio of cases, including medical malpractice, personal injury, workers’ compensation, auto accidents, and product liability • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients • Represent clients in court proceedings • Research and analyze legal issues • Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents • Prepare for and attend trial • Negotiate settlements • Communicate with opposing counsel, court personnel, and clients -H2: Qualifications • Must have 3 years of civil litigation experience • Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois • Must have excellent research, writing, and trial skills • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently • Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Must have a commitment to zealous and compassionate advocacy -H2: Salary and Benefits Law Firm offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. |
