This position is open to attorneys with a minimum of four years of experience, and up to seven years of experience in health law, corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in one or more of the following areas:

* Private equity transactions with health systems
* Business entity legal matters
* Health law compliance matters
* Federal and Florida fraud and abuse
* Anti-kickback
* Self-referral
* Fee-splitting laws
* Professional regulation and discipline
* AHCA
* State licensure laws
* Federal and state patient confidentiality laws
* Cyber security issues
* Physician, medical practice, and midlevel professional representation
* Start-ups and alternative practice models
* Behavioral health
* DME
* Pharmacy
* Laboratory
* Managed care contracting
* Document drafting, review, and negotiation
