**Requirements:**

* Must be a licensed California attorney
* Excellent academic credentials
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Exemplary client service skills
* Desire to make court appearances, argue motions, and participate in hearings
* 10-26 years of experience as a licensed attorney
* At least 10 years of probate litigation experience
* Detail-oriented with strong drafting and negotiating skills
* Ability to communicate legal subject matter to non-attorneys
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Business judgment and strategic legal thinking
* Ability to manage workflow independently
* Courtroom experience preferred but not a prerequisite
* Knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure

The successful candidate must be a licensed California attorney with excellent academic credentials. The Senior Probate Attorney will handle cases from intake through conclusion, including meeting with clients, drafting pleadings, administering depositions, propounding and responding to discovery, conducting research, writing motions, making court appearances, arguing motions, participating in trials, interviewing witnesses, drafting agreements, negotiating settlements, attending mediations, and arbitrations, handling family law cases, and other activities requested by the partners.

The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic and reliability, exemplary client service skills, the desire to make court appearances, argue motions, and participate in hearings, 10-26 years of experience as a licensed attorney, at least 10 years of probate litigation experience, detail-oriented with strong drafting and negotiating skills, the ability to communicate legal subject matter to non-attorneys, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, business judgment and strategic legal thinking, the ability to manage workflow independently, and knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure. Courtroom experience is preferred but not a prerequisite.

This is a full-time, remote position with a salary to be determined by **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. The successful candidate will join a legal team of 50 employees, based in California.
