Associate Attorney - Litigation
The candidate' must have 2-5 years’ experience to join our litigation team. Practice would include all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and case management, as well as handling hearings, negotiations, motions, depositions, arbitrations and trials. Areas of work will include civil litigation related to one or more of the following areas: Family Law; Business and Commercial disputes; Real Estate, including Construction disputes; Trusts and Estates disputes; Employment disputes; will work closely with other JDSA attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, administrative; staff, clients, and other professionals as needed.
