Corporate Paralegal The candidate will be adding reminders to attorneys’ calendars and firm calendar as needed. Screening and scheduling consultations for prospective clients. Managing attorney mail and email. Scheduling client calls/meetings. Forming businesses and filing other corporate records with the Secretary of State. Preparing and maintaining corporate minute books. Drafting ancillary corporate documents for mergers & acquisitions transactions. Redlining drafts of contracts. Performing lien searches and reviewing UCC filings. Filing UCCs with the Secretary of State. Managing version history of transaction documents, including the collection of signatures and preparation of closing binders. High school or equivalent degree is required. Should have 3 years of law firm experience. Corporate experience is preferred. Paralegal Certification is preferred.
