Legal Administrative Assistant, Estates, and Trusts The candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support for multiple attorneys, including editing/formatting documents, scanning and copying, screening telephone calls, and maintaining files, both electronic and hard copy. Independently perform conflict searches on potential clients. Draft cover letters for routine correspondence. Mail packages with strict notice requirements; mark calendars for follow-up. Coordinate calendar appointments, including reserving rooms or creating call-in numbers, and arranging for catering and audio/visual needs as necessary. Enter attorney time into the accounting database. Occasionally prepare presentation materials. Should have 3 years of law firm experience. Must have Microsoft Word, and Outlook experience and I-manage experience a plus. This position will support 2-3 attorneys.
