Job duties: Draft motions for summary judgement, motions, and judgements on the pleadings; conduct legal research for employment-related cases and verify citations; investigate and summarize on the fact of a case; communicate with court personnel regarding procedural requirements and courtroom proceedings; manage interview information, statistical dates, and evidentiary exhibits; prepare memoranda of law and correspondence; assist on all matters of discovery and pre-trial preparation.
