The candidate's duties include: Draft legal documents and memoranda for clients and other attorneys at the firm. Provide legal review and insight in reviewing documents in complex litigation matters to determine relevance, responsiveness, and privilege. Assist with the firm’s discovery efforts related to electronically-stored information. Comply with all legal standards, regulations, and rules of professional conduct. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Should have Juris doctorate from accredited law school. Must have previous legal experience.
