Summer Program
Pittsburgh, PA
Summer Program The summer associates have the opportunity to select work in their areas of interest. Whenever possible, the firm allows summer associates to choose own assignments. Beyond research and writing, the firm makes every effort to provide law students meaningful, practical experience. Whether it is observing and assisting attorneys, training and educational programs, mentoring, learning firm culture, or receiving constructive feedback, the program is generally self-directed with projects collected from lawyers throughout the firm. During the time at the firm, law students get continuing education. From live panel discussions with in-house counsel to luncheon seminars to a courtroom visit, the firm helps students identify what's important to clients and give them the tools to develop a strong legal practice. Will be expected to provide oral and written feedback for each project a summer associate undertakes.
