Senior Client Intake Specialist

Summary: Law firm in San Jose is seeking a Senior Client Intake Specialist with strong sales experience and a background in Immigration or Criminal Defense. This individual will be responsible for screening potential clients and obtaining case details to determine if a case should be retained. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, as well as the ability to work weekends. The firm offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for career development. Responsibilities: - Screen potential clients and schedule consultations with attorneys - Monitor all new client inquiries and establish relationships with clients - Conduct interviews with potential clients and schedule appointments - Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to opening new cases - Maintain databases and follow instructions from supervising attorneys Qualifications: - Bilingual in English and Spanish - Minimum 3 years of sales experience and customer service experience preferred - Experience with performance-based metrics and case management software a plus - Resourceful and able to meet goals and deadlines - Immigration and Criminal Defense experience strongly preferred Pay Range: Junior ($20-$25/hr) Senior ($25-$28/hr) Benefits: - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) plan - Catered lunches, complimentary parking, and paid time off The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is an equal employment opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
