Help Desk Support Specialist
Washington, DC Help Desk Support Specialist The candidate will provide remote support via telephone and remote access to end-users. Track incidents through resolution, providing written solutions to problems for Knowledge Base. Communicate effectively with both unskilled and skilled PC users. Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information. Should ideally have 3 years of experience working in a legal environment (legal secretary, paralegal, etc.). Proficiency in Windows 11 operating system and Office 365, Net Documents document management system applications with emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel is required. Should have the ability to research technical issues and document solutions in a timely manner. Must be proficient in MS Office applications (including PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Word styles, legal numbering, tables, etc.). Knowledge of legal systems & usage is a plus. Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality are essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a prerequisite. Note: This position would work a Tuesday through Saturday and Sunday shift. |
