Administrative Resource Team Assistant (Entry-Level Legal Assistant)

Experience Required 1-2 years: Relevant experience Preferred 2 years: Legal environment experience The Administrative Resource Team Assistant position at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is an entry-level legal assistant role, providing administrative and clerical support to PST Specialists and Resource Center Specialists. This full-time position is located in our Springfield, MO office. The role of the ART Assistant is to assist with various administrative tasks and support the team in delivering high-quality service to clients. This includes typing, transcribing, and revising documents, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing expense statements, and assisting with document management. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with a 2-year degree preferred, and 1-2 years of relevant experience in a legal environment. A minimum typing speed of 60 wpm and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required. Responsibilities of the Administrative Resource Team Assistant include: - Providing remote administrative and clerical support to PST Specialists and Resource Center Specialists. - Assisting with typing, transcribing, and revising documents. - Making meeting arrangements and travel arrangements. - Preparing expense statements, reimbursement requests, and other responsibilities. - Saving and profiling pleadings and other documents in the document management system. - Entering billable time and making revisions to time entries and prebills. - Creating and organizing notebooks, large mailings, and file organization. - Providing on-site support, including mailing, copying, printing, and scanning. - Actively participating in regular team meetings to discuss projects and workflow. - Updating project log with pending and completed tasks. - Operating office equipment, such as PCs, printers, phones, copiers, and typewriters. - Remaining calm under pressure and successfully coping with office demands. - Conducting all business in a confidential manner. - Other duties as assigned.
