- Handles enforcement actions and assists in recovering debts, judgments, taxes, fines, penalties, and other obligations

Job Overview:

- Developing case strategy and communicating with client agencies
- Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Analyzing evidence and developing legal theories
- Drafting clear and concise memoranda and court pleadings

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of active litigation experience
- Experience with collections law and/or creditors' rights matters
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Demonstrated excellence in legal research and writing
- Active Tennessee law license in good standing
