- Must complete training and obtain state certification as a certified electronic operator (CEO)
- Must possess a valid vehicle operator's license

- Will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing during employment
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, reach and bend, and sit/stand for prolonged periods
