Associate Director, Us Regulatory, Advertising & Promotion

Summary: The Associate Director, US Regulatory, Advertising & Promotion at Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is responsible for reviewing and approving promotional and medical communications for assigned brand(s). This position requires frequent interaction and strong collaboration with various internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, PhRMA DTC Guidelines, and company policies. The individual in this role must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a minimum of 4 years in commercial regulatory affairs. Experience in Rare Diseases, Neuroscience, and/or Oncology is a plus. The annual base salary range for this position is $143,250-$210,000 and is eligible for participation in short-term and long-term incentives programs.
