Job Description
As an Experienced Tax Staff in EY's Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR-GS) practice, you will have the opportunity to work with high-profile, national and multinational clients. Your role will involve providing a range of domestic and international transactional tax planning services and tax-related advisory services. You will also assist in the design, implementation and operation of global record-to-report processes, helping clients effectively manage their statutory and tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Tax Staff, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing proposals and presenting them to clients
- Providing high-quality services and work products
- Building relationships with clients to understand their unique needs
- Keeping updated on global trends, developments and regulations
- Applying EY methodologies and tools to enhance service delivery
- Challenging current procedures to find new approaches

Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must have:

- A bachelor's degree in a related field, supported by significant tax or legal experience
- Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership or progress toward certification
- 1-2 years of work experience in a professional tax organization or law firm
- Broad exposure to federal income taxation, statutory reporting, payroll or other related finance activities
- Strong analytical skills, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Ideal candidates will also have client-facing exposure in a global role.
