Responsibilities: - Teach courses in at least one of the following subject areas: Estates and Trusts, Family Law, Tort Law, Litigation, Business Organizations, Criminal Law, Contracts, Legal Research, Legal Computer Technology, Legal Writing, and Real Estate Law for Paralegal and Legal Studies majors, and Business Law I and II for Business and Legal Studies majors. - Conduct course and program assessments. - Maintain records as required by NCC. - Complete training to use the learning management system if teaching online. Qualifications: - Juris Doctorate degree with a license to practice law, or a Masters' degree in a legal field with experience as a paralegal. - Local law practice experience preferred. - Teaching experience a plus.
