Paralegal

In this role, you will work closely with in-house counsel, business partners, and outside counsel on a variety of legal matters and projects. Responsibilities: - Review and respond to incoming subpoenas, liens, levies, and garnishments. - Assist with litigation-related tasks, including compiling records and responding to discovery requests. - Support corporate governance and transactional matters. - Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda summarizing findings. - Collaborate with various teams and levels of the organization. Qualifications: - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Currently licensed notary public or willingness to obtain license. Salary Information: - Hourly range: $25 USD to $47.12 USD - Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience. - Other rewards may include bonuses, commissions, and long-term incentive compensation.
