Responsibilities: - Execute and manage the workflow of the quality management system and associated aspects of ongoing projects. - Engage with IPT Leads and Functional Managers to capture quality records of performance and operations. - Review status of Corrective Actions, schedule closures, and take actions to prevent reoccurrence. - Assess process and procedural issues and develop resolutions to meet quality, productivity, and client-satisfaction. - Support Continuous Improvements to monitor, measure, and evaluate Technical Performance Measurements and Key Performance Measurements. - Perform QA activities to verify and validate testing events and ensure reliability and consistency of production. - Report malfunctions/bugs/errors to managers for immediate action. - Review and support efforts to create and assure deliverables to maintain product quality. - Manage quality reports and documentation in a Digital Engineering environment. - Assist with other tasks, projects, and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience or Master's degree with 7 years of experience in technical quality assurance. - Complete understanding and application of ISO-9001 quality principles and knowledge of the Agile Framework. - Experience in a complex, highly technical, and fast-paced environment. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail while working towards high-level strategic objectives. Clearance: - Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
