Summary:
- Full-time position with Amazon Logistics (AMZL) as an Employee Relations Manager
- Responsible for promoting fair and respectful treatment of employees in line with Amazon's core business values and objectives
- Collaborates with field operations managers, human resources, and contractors to address employee and partner feedback and identify risks and gaps
- Designs and conducts positive workplace relations training to drive best practices
- Requires significant domestic travel, at least 50% of the time
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Advanced degree or specialized training in labor/employee relations preferred
- Experience in managing operations and building programs that impact positive engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Fluency in multiple languages a plus

Responsibilities:
- Promote fair and respectful treatment of employees in line with Amazon's core business values and objectives
- Collaborate with field operations managers, human resources, and contractors to address employee and partner feedback and identify risks and gaps
- Design and conduct positive workplace relations training to drive best practices
- Manage reactive situations and crisis-oriented issues under time constraints
- Analyze and use metrics to identify vulnerabilities and drive improvements in the employee experience
- Balance time between proactive initiatives and crisis-response for optimal success
- Significant domestic travel required, at least 50% of the time

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of relevant experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law
- Experience supporting large hourly workforces preferred
- Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Advanced degree, JD, or specialized training in labor/employee relations preferred
- Experience in managing operations and building programs that impact positive engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in public speaking, training, and leadership communication
- Strong sense of accountability, judgment, and decision-making
- Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate
- Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and fluency in multiple languages a plus

Compensation:
- Base pay ranges from $114,600/year to $189,500/year, depending on market location
- Additional forms of compensation, such as equity and sign-on payments, may be provided as part of a total compensation package
