Regular Full-Time Position with Competitive Salary Range of $48,000 - $52,000 Annually

Job Summary:
Fennemore, a top law firm with 20 offices in 6 states, is seeking a full-time Records/Office Services Assistant to join our team in Sacramento, California. This position offers a competitive base salary, workplace flexibility options, and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities:
- Create labels for physical files
- Review file information and prepare closed files for off-site storage
- Locate and maintain legal case files upon request
- Communicate with vendors for file retrieval
- Prepare reports and support end users as needed
- Handle reproduction and scanning projects, including coordinating with other departments for larger projects
- Proofread and doublecheck work product for accuracy and completeness
- Handle binder projects, including creating indexes and labels
- Coordinate delivery needs with receptionist, office assistants, attorneys, and staff
- Manage mail services and perform court/recorder's office runs and USPS runs as needed
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and stock supplies
- Overtime may be required during high workload periods
- Adhere to departmental and firm goals and policies
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Records management software experience preferred
- Extremely detail oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
- Ability to follow direction and work well with others
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and PDF Converter
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Related experience in law firm setting preferred
