About the Role: As an Intake Representative, you will be responsible for presenting our services to potential clients, prospecting and contacting potential clients, and resolving client inquiries. This important position requires the right combination of telephone skills, empathy, and ability to ask the right questions. You will also be in charge of setting follow-up calls to keep clients aware of appointments and reaching agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
