The Role: - Provide day to day support for Lord Abbett's international business, advising on legal, compliance, governance, and regulatory matters. - Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal policies and procedures. - Advise on compliance with UCITS and AIFM regulations. - Prepare and submit regulatory reports. - Draft, review, and maintain fund prospectuses and material contracts. - Counsel teams on cross-border sales and distribution agreements. Requirements: - 8 years of experience in asset management law. - Solid understanding of legal and regulatory rules for fund products and portfolio management. - Subject matter expertise in UCITS and AIFMD. - Experience with regulators and managing regulatory applications. - Familiarity with fund structures and regulatory requirements. - Ability to interpret and apply regulatory changes.
