**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is seeking a full-time Regulatory and Risk Paralegal to join their Legal Department in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be familiar with legislative and regulatory matters and activities. Responsibilities:

- Manage legislative and regulatory tracking software in the United States and Canada
- Monitor and evaluate proposed bills and regulations for impact on company operations
- Communicate with subject matter experts and business units regarding legislative and regulatory developments/impacts in the United States and Canada
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and interpret impact on business operations
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries of potential impacts on company policies, procedures, and risk management strategies
- Assist with identifying risks and implementing proactive risk mitigation measures
- Support the drafting of company policies and customer-facing contract documents
- Provide legal advice to U-Haul field personnel on general legal issues

Requirements:

- 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm, public, or corporate environment
- Familiarity with legislative and regulatory matters and activities
- Strong communication skills, work ethic, judgment, and time management habits
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate Degree or higher in paralegal or legal studies, or equivalent experience
