Job Title: Litigation Docketing Specialist
Salary: Competitive
Experience: Minimum of 5 years prior docket experience

Responsibilities:

- Scheduling and maintaining electronic calendars for all litigation events, due dates, and obligations
- Reading and interpreting various documents to extract upcoming events and requirements for docketing
- Creating new events and updating existing events in CompuLaw from notifications and requests
- Maintaining accuracy of data and calendaring/docketing in the CompuLaw software
- Interacting with court personnel, attorneys, and staff in a professional manner
- Preparing, processing, and generating routine and special reports
- Researching and staying up-to-date on developments and changes in court procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years prior docket experience with a rule based calendaring system
- Experience with federal, state court, and agency rules
- Knowledge of legal process and court operations
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret complex documents
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Ability to work under pressure and occasionally work more than 40 hours per week
