San Diego, CA Law Firm Seeking Experienced Family Law Attorney with Strong Advocacy Skills Department: Family Law Location: Southern California Overview: Cage & Miles, a leading family law firm in Southern California, is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. We are a highly successful and rapidly growing firm, known for our dedication to providing top-notch legal representation to our clients. As a Family Law Attorney at Cage & Miles, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases and make a significant impact on our clients' lives. Responsibilities: As a Family Law Attorney at Cage & Miles, you will be responsible for: - Crafting important court filings and supporting documents, such as draft family law pleadings, initial filings, Requests for Orders, ex parte paperwork, discovery, client declarations, stipulations, and temporary restraining orders. - Conducting thorough research on statutes, case law, opinions, briefs, and other information related to our cases. - Maintaining communication and correspondence with clients, opposing counsel, and experts. - Representing clients and their interests in court with determination and skill. Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements: - Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school. - Active CA State Bar License. - Preferably a Certified Family Law Specialist, but not required.
