We are a law firm dedicated to providing high-quality and empathetic service to our clients, and we are seeking a Client Liaison Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the standard of customer service and communication for our firm, working closely with clients and staff members to ensure their needs are met. We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, helpful, and an excellent communicator. No legal experience is required as we will provide on-the-job training. This is a full-time position at our Williamsport office, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour unpaid lunch. As a Client Liaison Specialist, your essential duties and responsibilities will include: Front Desk - Maintaining the front desk and reception area on a daily basis - Greeting clients and guests in a professional and friendly manner - Overseeing mail and package coordination Phone Responder - Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff member - Maintaining a professional and pleasant manner on the phone - Scheduling appointments and consultations for clients Scheduling - Assisting clients with scheduling appointments and consultations - Managing calendars for various staff members to ensure all appointments are correctly listed - Updating our client database with appointment information File Management - Preparing files for new clients and maintaining old files - Assigning tasks to staff members to advance client files through the process - Inactivating files once work is completed Writing/Information Gathering - Coordinating the intake process to understand clients' needs and wishes - Gathering personal, family, health, and asset information - Compiling assets into a Client Information and Asset List - Ordering tax assessment cards and title searches for clients' real estate - Preparing and proofreading correspondence - Recording documents at various government offices To qualify for this position, you should have: - Customer service or administrative experience - Some college education preferred - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Proficiency in computer programs, particularly Microsoft Office - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Salary for this position will be based on experience.
