Location: Utica, Syracuse, Binghamton, Oswego, Oneonta, Watertown
Salary Range: $80,450- $105,540

Job Summary:
- Supervise and support attorneys and paralegal advocates in landlord-tenant, homelessness prevention, consumer, and government benefits cases
- Provide culturally competent legal services to low-income clients
- Independently manage a caseload
- Actively engage in learning and development for supervision skills
- Identify leadership and mentoring opportunities for staff
- Collaborate with other organizations and courts to address legal problems in the community
- Take responsibility for grant management, program reporting, and compliance review
- Maintain accurate records and statistics
- Commitment to professional growth and staying up-to-date with legal developments
- Engage in outreach and education efforts
- Occasional travel between offices and to various courts

Job Qualifications:
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in NYS or eligible for admission on motion
- Minimum of three (3) years of legal experience required
- Strong understanding of social and economic justice
- Substantive experience in legal issues affecting low-income tenants
- Experience supervising staff preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computerized legal research
- Fluency in other languages a plus
- Valid NYS Driver's License or ability to obtain one if required
