The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of legal experience with a strong focus on commercial litigation, proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication, grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a 2-year degree preferred. Responsibilities for this role include coordinating workflow and delegating tasks, preparing legal documents, managing schedules and travel arrangements, processing billing and new client/matter intake, and providing general administrative support. This person will also work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate proficiency in commercial litigation law.
