We are currently seeking a talented and experienced associate to join our Syracuse office and work closely with partners and clients on a variety of lending and sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with a minimum of two years of experience to grow their career and work on high-profile deals in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and manage transaction documentation - Assist in reviewing, managing, and responding to diligence requests - Coordinate closings - Analyze and examine real estate titles Requirements: - Licensed to practice in New York State or eligible to waive into the New York State Bar - Minimum of two years of experience as an attorney (or relevant industry experience) handling commercial and residential real estate or financing transactions - Organized and detail oriented - Excellent verbal and writing communication skills To apply for this position, please click here. At Barclay Damon, we offer a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $145,000 for this position. This range represents our good-faith and reasonable estimate of compensation and does not include performance- or merit-based bonuses or other benefits offered by the firm. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location.
