Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities: - Prepare, organize, and draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, disclosures, depositions, and other litigation documents. - Manage all aspects of a case from initial contact through trial preparation and completion. - File documents with courts and other required parties. - Conduct thorough research and compile case information. - Organize, review, and manage all case files and deadlines. - Assist attorneys and clients by obtaining necessary documents. - Review and organize case documents. - Maintain and update client electronic files. - Manage case organization, calendaring, appointments, and deadlines for attorneys. - Assist attorneys with organizing meetings with witnesses and legal experts. - Draft and manage correspondence for attorneys. - Compose all communications and ensure appropriate attachments are included. - Prepare letters, memos, and other communications. - Work with clients to obtain documents and set up appointments. Qualifications: - 10 years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal or related experience. - Strong research and writing skills. - Exceptional review and proofreading skills of legal documents. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Organizational and administrative skills. - Experience with electronic trial management software preferred.
