Responsibilities: As a Land Use Attorney, you will be responsible for handling land use and land use litigation cases. Your duties will include: Providing legal advice and representation to clients in land use matters Collaborating with a team of attorneys and utilizing available resources to provide the best results for clients Developing business and bringing in new clients Staying up-to-date on NJ 40:55D et seq. laws and regulations Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications: Admission to the NJ Bar 4 years of experience in Land Use and Land Use Litigation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledgeable about NJ land use laws and regulations Why Join Our Firm?
