Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Assist in-house legal counsel with management of legal notices and litigation portfolio
- Research, investigate, and analyze claims, complaints, subpoenas, and other legal processes
- Process new complaints and open new matters for tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with other business units on legal matters
- Perform legal research and communicate with outside counsel and internal clients
- Collect, review, and manage eDiscovery documents and data
- Provide administrative support to in-house legal counsel
- Draft and maintain legal documents
- Communicate clearly and effectively with directors, officers, and business associates

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Banking with specific emphasis on Litigation
- OR Associates and 4 years of experience in Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Banking with specific emphasis on Litigation
- OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Banking with specific emphasis on Litigation
- Knowledge of civil litigation and legal processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail oriented and customer service focused
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Experience with e-discovery and paralegal certification preferred
