This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated attorney to advance their career and gain valuable experience within a well-established firm. The successful candidate will report to the Managing Criminal Defense Attorney and work closely with a team of attorneys and legal assistants. As a Criminal Defense Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and interact with clients, while also collaborating with our experienced Criminal Defense Team. Responsibilities will include advising clients on their legal rights, attending pretrial hearings, managing court appearances and trials, drafting motions, conducting legal research, and analyzing probable outcomes of cases using knowledge of legal precedents. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing your workload, providing legal analysis for clients, and preparing them for depositions. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex criminal cases at the federal, state, and local level. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred, but not required. We are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to collaborate and strategize with their fellow associates. The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 annually, with potential for higher pay based on experience and case outcomes.
