Litigation Paralegal

This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000-$60,000, with bonus opportunities based on individual and firm performance. As an Experienced Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with our attorneys and other litigation support staff to manage and provide support on a broad range of personal injury cases from initial lawsuit through settlement and/or trial. H1: Experienced Litigation Paralegal at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** H2: Join Our Team as a Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities - Draft and prepare a variety of legal documents, including petitions, pleadings, motions, discovery responses, affidavits, subpoenas, and pre-trial and trial documents. - E-file all court documents in state and federal court. - Communicate with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, medical providers, and expert witnesses. - Coordinate depositions and mediation. - Prepare trial binders and exhibits. - Perform administrative duties, including calendaring case deadlines, obtaining medical bills and records, scheduling depositions and mediations, and organizing digital case files. - Conduct factual investigations and gather relevant information from various sources. - Assist with case settlements by drafting settlement tables and negotiating reductions of medical bills and subrogation liens. Qualifications - Previous working experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably in personal injury law. - Proficient knowledge of the litigation process, including the effective use of medical records and bills to support damages, motions, discovery, evidence, court rules, and legal procedures and practices according to the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP). - Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. - Professional and pleasant demeanor. - Excellent writing and communication skills. - Team player with the ability and willingness to work collaboratively.
