H2: Experienced Corporate Attorney Needed for Assistant General Counsel Role at TeleTracking Technologies TeleTracking Technologies is seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join our team as an Assistant General Counsel (AGC). As an AGC, you will play a key role in executing our legal strategy, managing risk, and identifying opportunities for our business partners. Primary Duties: • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for international expansion and technology export • Research and anticipate legal issues and provide reports to senior leadership • Draft and negotiate transactional matters such as M&A, partnerships, and vendor contracts • Handle domestic and international corporate filings • Assist with preparation of business review materials for executive presentations • Promote an ethical workplace and provide guidance on compliance, risk management, and governance matters • Manage outside counsel and assist with trial preparations • Spearhead internal education initiatives on governance, risk, and compliance topics • Provide legal guidance to management on business process laws and regulations • Develop additional skills and expertise as needed for the role, such as employment law and intellectual property Minimum Qualifications: • Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school • Active license in good standing in the United States, preferably with Pennsylvania Bar admission • 10 years of relevant legal experience, including both large law firm and in-house experience • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and related legal and business issues • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Strategic and creative thinker with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges Education: Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school, active license in good standing in the United States.
