We are looking for an associate with a minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with writs of mandate, municipal civil litigation, and land use litigation. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are a must, along with significant experience in taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and handling matters independently. This position may be based in any of our California offices, and candidates must be admitted to practice in California.
